Less busywork.
More behind
the chair.
Your appointments, your clients, and a little help from Nova. One connected workspace for the salon day you want to have.
Built around the work you love.
“Nova, book Jordan a haircut at 2 PM.”
An appointment, handled.
Your whole day.
Not just your next guest.
A salon appointment has a rhythm. Application, processing, finishing—and sometimes another client in between. Nova gives that rhythm room.

Every stylist, in view.
Keep a single chair or a full team’s appointments side by side. Swipe through columns on your phone.
Make space in the gaps.
Use processing time for another guest. Open spaces invite you to book, with hands-on work and finishing kept visible.
A book that moves with you.
Drag appointments as the day changes. Working hours, service stages and conflict checks keep the details together.
Less clicking.
Just ask Nova.
From booking a client to understanding your appointment numbers, Nova is being built to help you get things done—wherever you are in your day.

Let’s make
it clear.
We’re building in the open, one useful salon workflow at a time.
Can I use Nova today?
Nova is in a private pilot. The appointment book, client records, salon setup and staff workflows are active. Join the waitlist to express interest in an upcoming pilot; access and timing will be confirmed individually.
What can the AI assistant actually do?
The connected assistant can find clients, pull appointment insights and create appointments from clear requests. It checks permissions, service details, working hours and conflicts before saving. When details are missing, it asks a follow-up. Voice recording and spoken replies depend on the AI connection and device permissions.
Do I need a front desk team?
No. Nova is being built for both staffed salons and solo or studio stylists. AI Front Desk has team and solo views, with salon-approved guidance, guest preparation, rebooking prompts and daily checklists. It currently offers guided suggestions and saved drafts; it does not place calls or send outreach.
Can I keep my current tools?
That is the direction: make the move approachable instead of asking you to change everything at once. Calendar syncing, payment connections and migration tools are planned. Specific integrations and import support will be confirmed before launch.
Will there be an iPhone or Android app?
The current workspace is a responsive website designed for desktop, tablet and phone. Native iOS and Android apps are part of the longer-term plan.
What will it cost?
We are working toward a $99-per-month salon plan. Final pricing, included features and any usage allowances will be confirmed before subscriptions open. Joining the waitlist is free and does not start a subscription.
